What To Expect

CONSULTATION

Form Submission and Consultation: Upon submitting the form, our journey commences with an initial e-mail follow-up, followed by a scheduled thorough consultation via phone or video call.

This initial interaction serves as a gateway to understanding your aesthetic preferences, personal style, and the ambiance of your home, workspace or event. The goal is to capture the essence of your vision, infusing it with a personalized touch that reflects your individuality.

AGREEMENT

Work Order Agreement and Payment: If we agree to work together after the initial consult, a thorough and detailed work order agreement and invoice will be sent.

The agreement must be signed and dated and remitted with payment before any work begins.

CREATION

Crafting your vision: The amount of time it takes for me to create your commissioned piece(s) is dependent on a number of factors - the most important being size, scope and materials of the project - and may change during the creation process. This will be fully detailed in the intial work order.

DELIVERY

Packaging and shipping: Once the commission receives your final approval, we prioritize its safe journey to you through secure packaging and insured shipping. We are committed to safeguarding your investment, allowing you to welcome your personalized artwork with confidence.

You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route via either USPS or UPS. Depending on the item(s) being shipped, we may require signature upon delivery.
